After registering, you will receive an invoice, payable by Bank Transfer within 14 days. This payment secures your attendance but does not cover accommodation or travel costs.

If payment is not received within 14 days, a reminder will be sent. Failure to pay after this will result in a cancellation invoice, invalidating your registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made before 1 April 2025 are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 1 April 2025 and 15 May 2025 can either:

• Transfer the ticket to another person (refund issued once the new attendee registers and pays), or
• receive a 50% refund of the paid amount.

Cancellations after 15 May or no-shows are non-refundable.

Please note that all invoices are subject to the Austrian tax rate of 20%, as the conference is considered a domestic service.
